I'm shopping for gifts. Do you offer gift baskets and/or a corporate discount?
Yes.  We will soon offer gifts of every discription: adult and children's themed gifts, gift ideas for teachers or classroom projects and a variety of pre-selected holiday gift selections at different price points.  It is a gift that has no age boundries - everyone from the very young to seniors, novice or serious wildbird enthusiast will appreciate a gift from Wild Bird Fanatics.  We can guarantee that it won't be put in drawer and forgotten.  Your thoughtfullness will be cherished and remembered every time your friends, family and associates enjoy the relaxing hobby of bird watching.

How will I know that my order has been received and is in process?
Wild Bird Fanatics will generate an e-mail to keep you abreast of your order throughout the entire process. This will include:
1.)  Confirmation that your order has been received, a list of items ordered and their price will be sent as soon as possible, usually within 12 hours.
2.)  Another notice will be generated via e-mail when your order is shipped.  This notice will have a UPS tracking number, which will allow you to see the exact status of your package.
3.)  If an item(s) is returned, RA number will be issued via e-mail.  This number is very important and a copy of that notice should be included with the returned goods and clearly written on the outer package.
4.)  When a return is processed, we will again correspond via e-mail to let you know that we have received the return and the status of your credit.
If I am unhappy with an item, may I return it?
Your ability to shop with confidence is important to us.  If you change your mind or are not pleased with our product, please contact us within 10 days of receipt of your order.  We will be glad to issue a Return Authorization to have the merchandise returned.  We regret, however, that we must charge a 20% restocking fee for all returned items other than those damaged by the shipper (UPS) or errors on our part.  Merchandise must be in the original box complete with all packing materials and in re-sellable condition. It is important that this procedure is followed and product is not shipped without proper authorization.  After receipt of returned merchandise, it will be inspected and a credit issued if all conditions are met and proper procedures followed.  No returns will be accepted if these procedures are not followed.
 
You can cancel your order within 24 hours after ordering. No fees will be charged.
When will my order actually ship?
Orders received Monday through Saturday by 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time will be shipped that day!   Great care is taken to have products in stock at all times.  However, if a product is unavailable for some reason, you will be notified immediately and may decide at that time what you want to do.
What action should I take if my order is damaged in shipping?
In the unlikely event that an item is received damaged, please contact the shipper, UPS.  We will be in contact with you at every stage of the ordering process.  We will generate an email notification when your product ships and provide you with a tracking number and a link to the shipper with all the information you will need to check on your shipment’s expected delivery date.  If an item appears to be defective or damaged other than a shipping problem, please keep all original packing materials and report concerns right away to support@wildbirdfanatics.com.  
What is a Return Authorization?
A Return Authorization allows us to track merchandise and match it to a particular client, effectively giving you authority to return an item(s) to us.  It consists of a number, which must be clearly indicated on the package when returned.  The Return Authorization also enables Wild Bird Fanatics to issue proper credit to your account.
What if I receive something that I did not order?
We make every effort to strive for perfection; however, mistakes can occur on rare occasions.  Please contact us at support@wildbirdfanatics.com.  We will promptly determine what went wrong and if the item(s) should be returned.  Of course, we will rectify any error on our part and get the right product out to you quickly.  If we determine that the item needs to be returned, please make sure that you keep the original box and packing materials.  We will issue a return authorization requesting that you return the merchandise to us with a Return Authorisation (RA), which will be issued to you by Wild Bird Fanatics.  The RA number should  be clearly indicated on the shipping box of any returned items.  Our goal is to please and you will not incur any additional expense for our mistake.

What happens if there is incorrect information on the web-site or in other communications?
 
Wild Bird Fanatics makes every effort to provide accurate information to our valued clients.  If you find a suspected error, please contact us so that we can make a correction.  In the unlikely event an error in pricing or product specifications will affect a pending order, Wild Bird Fanatics reserves the right to correct such information and notify the client(s) with the correct information.  We appreciate your patronage and want you to shop with confidence, share our web-site with your friends and return often.
